Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team. This role features an uncapped commission structure with top performers earning $100,000–$150,000+ annually and average earnings of $60,000–$90,000.

We provide paid training, ramp support, and a culture that rewards performance, growth, and results. You’ll build a pipeline, meet sales goals, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is preferred and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat and referral customers.
