Furniture Mart USA is seeking motivated sales professionals in Minnesota to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to post-sale follow-up, while leveraging a strong brand and training support.

With an uncapped commission structure and top earners at 100k–150k+ annually, the role offers ramp training and ongoing coaching to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
