Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is hiring a Sales Associate to greet members, manage memberships, and drive retail sales in a fast-paced fitness studio environment. You’ll be the face of the studio, support member experience, and help reach sales goals with enthusiasm and teamwork.

This role requires strong communication, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to multitask across front-desk duties, tours, and daily studio operations. Weekday/evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
