Gorsuch, a family-owned luxury retailer, seeks an experienced Sales Associate for its flagship store in Vail Village, CO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building clientele, and educating customers on luxury home furnishings and gifts.

You will be part of a high-end team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement into store management or merchandising. The position is full-time year-round at the Vail location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, home furnishings and gifts, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.

• Assists with the locking and securing of store at store opening and closing.

This full-time year-round position is located at our Gorsuch flagship store located in Vail Village, 263 East Gore Creek Drive, Vail, CO 81657.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Gorsuch family. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in style, quality, paying close attention to detail and an interest in the mountain lifestyle to be part of our gift and home furnishings team. Compensation And Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $25- $30 hourly. The rate of pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Opening Shifts 9 am to 6pm.

Closing Shifts 11 am to 7pm.

Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun Opening Shifts 10 am to 6pm, Closing Shifts 11am to 7pm.

7 to 8 hours per day excluding breaks.
