Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Oakridge is seeking a Sales Associate to build and nurture client relationships, driving sales while upholding brand image and store standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support a luxury Versace experience, assist events and CRM initiatives, and contribute to business development.

You will also help with visual merchandising, backroom operations, and stock management to ensure smooth store functioning and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, luxury experience preferred.
• Proficient with retail sales systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and maximize opportunities across categories.
• Provide elevated customer service, act as brand ambassador, build relationships with new and VIP clients.
