Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Woodbury, NY. The Sales Associate will greet and assist clients, provide personalized styling and fit recommendations, and guide them through selections of suits, shirts, sport coats, and accessories. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing client appointments, supporting custom and made-to-measure orders, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, handling transactions, and contributing to inventory management and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Client service and sales skills, including relationship building, active listening, and a consultative approach to client needs.
• Knowledge of luxury menswear, tailoring, fit, and styling, with the ability to make confident wardrobe and coordination recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with a diverse clientele in person and over phone or email.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle appointments, follow up with clients, and support wardrobe and closet services.
• Basic retail operations experience such as POS use, cash handling, inventory support, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work on-site during regular business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in retail fashion, luxury goods, or client-focused sales is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion, merchandising, or business is a plus.
