Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated salesperson in New Jersey to engage customers on tile and related products, educate on installation, and build lasting relationships. You will contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment, with a draw plus commission plan and professional attire expectations.

As a team member, you will help customers select styles, track orders, and provide product updates while delivering excellent service and design guidance.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally

• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations

• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
