Job summary

KnitWell Group in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a brand-driven, hospitality-focused setting.

You will share product knowledge, build authentic connections, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting merchandising and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
