Orangetheory Fitness in Summerville is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as guest service professionals. You will greet guests, explain the OT lifestyle, and help people start their fitness journey with energy and knowledge.

You will tour the studio with prospective members, collaborate with trainers, drive memberships, and support local marketing efforts while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain the concept clearly.

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, known as intro sessions.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
