Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Portland, OR is seeking energetic individuals to share our story and help clients discover the OTF experience. You will play a vital role in welcoming guests, presenting the program, and guiding new members through their first workout in a collaborative team environment.

Join us to sell memberships, participate in outreach events, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized studio.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, face-to-face and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet every studio visitor with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout.
• Collaborate with trainers to support new members’ first sessions.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and revenue.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
