Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking friendly individuals to join our studio team. You will greet guests with energy, present the Orangetheory concept, and conduct studio tours while collaborating with trainers to guide newcomers through their first workout. You will actively sell memberships to help the studio thrive and participate in marketing events.

Maintain a clean, organized studio environment. We value passion, positivity, and strong communication skills as essential to engaging with visitors

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Giving studio tours.
• Guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all areas of the studio clean and organized.
