  • Investigate and resolve claim status issues through research and follow‑up with appropriate parties.
  • Monitor important deadlines and prepare routine correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date case documentation within the firm’s systems.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
  • Perform administrative and case support tasks to assist with overall case management operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies regarding sensitive client information.

Help Move Cases Forward and Change Lives

As a Client Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in monitoring claim progress, verifying information, and serving as a liaison between our firm and the Social Security Administration (SSA). Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will directly support our clients during one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

No Experience? We’ll Train You. Prior experience in Social Security Disability or legal services is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
