Job summary

Chico's in Seal Beach is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will learn product knowledge, build genuine connections, support merchandising, inventory tasks, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience while representing the brand with confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; 16+ in a listed set of states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
