Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate at our Las Americas Premium Outlets store in San Diego, CA. You’ll be the welcoming face, delivering personalized service, sharing product knowledge, and helping guests feel confident and stylish.

Join a team committed to hospitality, teamwork, and a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are valued. Compensation range: $17.75–$22.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age requirements: 16+ in listed states; 18+ elsewhere.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
