What Youll Do

• Drive studio salesby converting first-time guests into loyal members
• Deliver an exceptional guest experiencefrom first impression to farewell
• Support front desk operations, including check-ins, product sales, and studio upkeep
• Educate clientson memberships, packages, and retail products with confidence and authenticity
• Collaborate with instructors and the studio teamto maintain a clean, safe, and electric environment
• Live the brand embody Rumbles energy, values, and commitment to fitness and fun

What Were Looking For

• Availability forearly morning shifts (5:30 AM 11:30 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or fitness preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with face-to-face and phone-based sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their goals
