Your Role: Be the Frontline of the Rumble Experience

As a Sales Associate, youre the first connection future members will make with Rumble Friscoand its your energy, drive, and authenticity that will keep them coming back. Youll team up with our General Manager to build a buzzing member base, hit sales goals, and help make Rumble the destination for fitness in Frisco.

What Youll Own

Drive Membership Growth

• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing deals
• Crush daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through calls, texts, and creative outreach
• Deliver studio tours that wow and highlight what makes Rumble a game-changer
• Promote memberships, classes, and retail with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge

Build Unshakable Connections

• Create a welcoming environment for all members and guests
• Offer standout serviceanswer questions, solve problems, and celebrate milestones
• Foster lasting relationships that drive referrals and build a loyal community

Be a Brand Champion

• Represent Rumble at community events, networking meetups, and local pop-ups
• Build relationships with local businesses and influencers to grow brand presence
• Support social media efforts by capturing content, engaging with followers, and showcasing the studio vibe

• Maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-rock studio at all times
• Assist with retail displays, restocking, and day-to-day operations
