Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Salt Lake City seeks a sales-driven full-time associate to help customers select flooring and complete purchases.

You will earn $15.00 per hour base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with a 401(k) match, paid time off, and six holidays. Bilingual skills and forklift certification are valuable assets for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities
