Job summary

Knitwell Group is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for the Chico’s store in Saint Augustine, FL. You’ll greet customers in a hospitality-driven environment, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service to build lasting connections.

You will support merchandising and store operations, participate in omnichannel processes, and promote brand loyalty programs while staying flexible to evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise as needed.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
