Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized, hospitality-driven shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, support merchandising and inventory, operate the register, and help maintain a visually inspiring store.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; 16+ or 18+ depending on state, and a team-focused mindset are valued.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
