Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the Chico’s store in Aurora, Ohio, a customer-centered role focused on hospitality and personalized service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

The position requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligibility includes physical ability to handle stock and lift up to 50 pounds, with benefits and growth

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
