Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience with hospitality and personalized service. You will build genuine connections, guide shoppers through our product range, and support merchandising and inventory tasks in a team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays, and enjoy learning new store tools to create a seamless shopping experience for customers in-store and online.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
