ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash in Sachse, TX, is hiring a Sales Associate to greet guests, explain services, and promote memberships. You will drive customer satisfaction and help guests select the best wash options while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, communicates well, and is motivated by meeting sales goals. Previous car wash experience is not required, but customer-facing experience is a plus. Training provided.

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our locations. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, recommend wash services, and help guests understand the value of our membership programs.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
