ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash seek a friendly Sales Associate to greet guests, explain services, and help customers choose the best options. This full-time, day-shift role offers 35–40 hours weekly and a fast-paced team environment focused on high‑quality service.

No car wash experience is required; we value outgoing personalities, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude, with training and growth opportunities.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, recommend wash services, and help guests understand the value of our membership programs.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
