ClearWater Express Wash is hiring a Sales Associate in the Dallas area to welcome guests, explain services, and help them choose the best wash options and memberships. No prior car wash experience is required, and the role emphasizes friendly interactions and strong communication skills.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, supporting guests at the pay station, and promoting memberships while delivering excellent service in a busy outdoor setting. Training and development are provided.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, recommend wash services, and help guests understand the value of our membership programs.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.

• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
