Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate for our Rochester, MN store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced, customer-centered setting.

Role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help with merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep while upholding brand standards and delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability: nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16+ in certain states and 18+ in all others.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
