Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a store environment that values hospitality, product knowledge, and personalized service.

You’ll engage customers, educate them about loyalty programs, and contribute to merchandising, inventory, and store organization while upholding brand standards. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
