KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Soma in Mt Juliet, TN. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, customer-centered setting.

Responsibilities include driving a seamless omnichannel experience, educating customers about loyalty programs, assisting with merchandising and stock, and maintaining an engaging store environment. Flexible availability is required, including nights and weekends.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
