Norman's Windsor Commons, Red Lion, PA is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to deliver a caring, memorable customer experience while driving retail sales. You will engage with customers, learn product knowledge, and help maintain appealing displays in a fast-paced Hallmark Gold Crown setting.

Qualifications

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.

• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for our customers. Accountable for cash register accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
