Norman's Hallmark is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our Dallas Shopping Center location in Dallas, PA. We are an employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer focused on helping customers celebrate special moments.

The Sales Associates are key contributors to a caring team atmosphere, delivering a memorable customer experience and meeting store goals. The role requires initiative, teamwork, and excellence across customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with customers.
• Meet Crown Rewards enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Learn and utilize the register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience and cash accuracy.
• Learn product knowledge to use when selling to customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.

They are most accessible to the consumer and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor. • Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for our customers. Accountable for cash register accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
