Job summary

KnitWell Group, the operator behind Chico's Outlet, is seeking a Sales Associate in Pooler, GA to deliver a customer-centered experience and build authentic connections. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service, supporting merchandising and store organization.

Applicants should be flexible, team players with strong communication skills and a passion for fashion. This is a Regular/Part time role at our Savannah-Charlotte location with potential for growth.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

Age and Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
