Job summary

Chico's Outlet at Tanger Outlet Foley, AL is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven store environment. You will build genuine connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service, helping customers find outfits that express their individuality.

You’ll participate in merchandising and stock replenishment and support store leadership to keep operations smooth. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
