Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Plymouth to greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships. You will educate customers on installation and product use, track orders, and work toward individual sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Full-time earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 in first year with a draw plus commission; part-time earners can make $15–$18 per hour with uncapped commissions for 20–25 hours per week.

For full-time sales associates, 45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure

For part-time sales associates, you'll earn between $15-$18/Hr depending upon qualifications with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-25 hours per week
