Kagan Imports is an importing and wholesale distribution company based in Philadelphia, PA. We specialize in selling a wide variety of World Class wines, spirits, & cigars both state and nationwide. Our company is dedicated to finding authentic and intriguing wines, spirits & cigars that showcase their unique regions.

Role Description

This is a part or full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Philadelphia, PA, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes supporting inventory management, order processing, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of wines, spirits, & cigars with the ability to convey product knowledge effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience or connections in sales or the beverage industry is a plus
