Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help others start their fitness journey. You will greet guests, explain the OTF concept, and guide them through intros and studio tours while collaborating with trainers to showcase workouts.

The role offers comprehensive paid training, competitive compensation with performance bonuses, a free studio membership, and flexible scheduling to accommodate education or personal goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every studio visitor with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours to potential clients.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and grow.
• Follow up on prospective clients and inquiries.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.

SUNDAY: OPEN AVAILABILITY IN THE MORNINGS

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
