Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story and help guests improve themselves. If you are passionate, positive, and love talking to people, you’ll fit right in.

You will greet studio guests, present the OTF concept, give tours, work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, and promote memberships while supporting marketing events. A collaborative, growth‑focused environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Give studio tours.
• Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
