Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic studio team members. You will greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept, give studio tours, and guide intros through the first workout with trainers. You’ll help sell memberships and follow up with prospects.

You’ll participate in marketing events, keep the studio clean and organized, and thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment. A passion for fitness and helping others is essential; prior sales or gym experience is a plus.
