Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment at Store 5055-The Shops on El Paseo-Soma-Palm Desert, CA. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and deliver personalized service while supporting merchandise presentation and stock routines.

You will embrace a teamwork mindset, stay adaptable with scheduling including nights and weekends, and help us meet personal and store goals while delivering a standout customer

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Position Type: Regular/Part time

Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.10 Hourly USD
