Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in West Des Moines, IA to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and support a team-focused store environment. You will engage customers, learn needs, and use tools to provide personalized service while helping with merchandising and inventory tasks.

The role requires flexible availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate a register with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
