Job summary

Chico's is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to build connections and drive store performance. You’ll assist with merchandising and inventory, while upholding brand standards and a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

You’ll work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and contribute to an engaging shopping experience while learning Chico’s tools and processes.

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

About the role

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
