Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Wichita, KS seeks a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, foster authentic connections, and guide guests through our omnichannel services to complete purchases.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required. You will work with a team to maintain an inspiring store environment, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help achieve company goals while upholding

Requirements

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
