Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for the Novi, MI store. You will warmly welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to help them find the perfect fit.

In this role you’ll support merchandising, inventory tasks, and store upkeep while delivering a seamless shopping experience. Flexible availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver personalized service in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Wamiliarity with retail tools and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Operate the register and complete transactions accurately.
• Support an omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
