Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Lansing, MI to deliver a customer-centered experience and knowledgeable product guidance. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized service across in-store and omnichannel channels.

In this role, you will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while embracing teamwork. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required, and you will help maintain a welcoming, brand-aligned
