Job summary

D1 TRAINING is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to join our Novi, MI team. This role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, booking workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services in a fast-paced setting.

You will nurture leads, log client notes, and tailor recommendations to individual goals, contributing to rapid growth and a best-in-class training environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales and customer service; fitness industry experience

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client’s needs/goals.
