Job summary

MAC'S Hardware in Jamestown, ND is hiring an hourly retail associate to greet customers, listen to needs, and recommend hardware solutions. You will help with sales, special orders, and inquiries while keeping displays neat.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and a willingness to learn about new products and promotions. This role supports loading purchases and inventory tasks, with opportunities to grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware or home improvement products is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, phones, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
