Fueguia 1833 is a luxury fragrance brand with origins in Patagonia, but it has its head office and production center in Milan. We are the only niche fragrance brand that is vertically integrated, with everything being artisanally produced.

Role Overview

Fueguia 1833 is looking for a dynamic and reliable Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Crosby Gallery in NYC. The ideal candidate will assist the store lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions, maintaining operational excellence, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming customers into the store and providing knowledgeable support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer service experience by warmly greeting clients, actively listening to their needs, and exceeding expectations through expert product knowledge.

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships by cultivating a loyal customer base through consistent outreach and exceptional service.

• Manage productivity during downtime.

• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of Fueguia 1833.

• Assist the store lead with inventory control: preparation of transfers, receiving shipments, cycle counts, and inventory management.

• Ensure the general upkeep and organization of the store and the back-of-house area.

• Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience in one-on-one customer service and/or sales environments in luxury goods is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.

• Dependable, punctual, and flexible. Ability to work the store schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize.

• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
