Job description

DVF is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate (2 to 4 days per week) for our flagship boutique in the Meatpacking District. This is a clienteling-driven styling and sales role for a fashion professional who knows how to turn product into a point of view. We are looking for a stylist with experience in established designer or luxury women's fashion who can build a loyal client base through thoughtful styling, strong product knowledge and genuine relationships. An existing client book is a plus.

The right person understands the DVF woman, wears the brand with conviction, and can create a complete wardrobe.

What you will do

• Style clients from first greeting through purchase and follow-up, creating personalized looks based on individual taste, lifestyle, occasion and wardrobe needs
• Lead one-on-one styling appointments and private shopping experiences, building complete looks across the DVF collection
• Develop a strong point of view on DVF product, including fit, fabrication, silhouette, styling possibilities and brand heritage
• Wardrobe clients beyond the immediate purchase, identifying complementary pieces and opportunities to build a cohesive wardrobe
• Build and manage a personal client book in Endear, using thoughtful outreach, personalized recommendations and consistent follow-up to drive repeat business
• Create memorable, elevated client experiences that reflect the DVF brand and turn first-time shoppers into long-term clients
• Meet individual and boutique sales targets, including UPT, AOV, sales per hour and capture rate
• Keep clients informed of new arrivals, events, activations and promotions through personalized communication
• Represent the DVF aesthetic with confidence, serving as a knowledgeable and authentic ambassador for the brand
• Work with the boutique team and corporate partners, as directed by the General Manager, to support daily operations
• Support inventory control and uphold brand standards in appearance, conduct and boutique presentation
• Keep up with the luxury fashion market, styling trends and competitor activity

What you bring

• Ideally 3+ years of styling and/or sales experience in women's luxury or designer fashion
• A strong personal style and a clear fashion point of view
• Ability to style complete looks and build wardrobes, not simply sell individual products
• Experience building repeat business and long-term client relationships
• Existing client book is a plus
• Familiarity with clienteling tools and practices, including proactive outreach and personalized follow-up
• Good understanding of fit, proportion, fabrication, silhouette and styling
• Genuine interest in DVF, its heritage and its point of view on dressing women
• Strong communication skills and a warm, polished, fashion-forward client presence
• Ability to balance creative styling with commercial awareness and sales performance
• Availability for 2 to 4 shifts per week, including weekends and select evenings and holidays based on business needs

Compensation

• $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
