Job summary

Nuvera Communications, a Minnesota broadband provider based in New Ulm, is hiring a Customer Sales & Service Associate. You will identify residential customers’ needs, convert leads into sales opportunities, and explain the benefits of our fiber internet and related services.

Responsibilities include call center duties, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting walk-in customers, performing administrative tasks after sales, and contributing to a friendly, proactive sales culture in New Ulm.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with demonstrated knowledge in cellular, computers, and basic internet technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide call center services, receive inbound calls, and conduct outbound calling campaigns.
• Provide customer care for walk-in traffic and retail sales.
• Proactive sales to residential customers.
• Administrative duties following the sales of products and/or service.
