Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Myrtle Beach is looking for a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service that reflects our culture of hospitality. You will share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.

In this role you will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while maintaining a visually inspiring environment.

Qualifications

• Age requirements vary by state: 16+ in listed states, otherwise 18+.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
