As Lead Customer Specialist, your focus is on delivering a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects Chico's culture of hospitality. This role operates as the Manager on Duty in the absence of another manager, leading the team and elevating the customer experience.

Must be at least 18 years old.
1+ year retail experience preferred.
Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
