Chico's in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You’ll help create a seamless omnichannel experience and educate guests about our loyalty programs while supporting store merchandising and operations.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and opportunities to grow across our Chico's brand and sister brands.

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
